Picky 的设计原则是：你的东西留在你自己的电脑上。这份政策说明这个网站和 Picky 软件会处理哪些数据。

这个网站

等候名单：你留下的邮箱、选择的语言和提交时间，只用来通知你 Picky 上线，不会卖给或交给任何人，不发广告。
不做统计、不放广告追踪，不设 Cookie。你选的语言记在你自己浏览器的本地存储里。

Picky 软件

存在你的电脑上：对话记录、搜索和验收记录、你的 Anthropic API Key、配对信息。我们收不到这些。
Picky 中继：iPhone 和电脑之间的消息经我们的中继服务器转发。消息是端到端加密的（加密密钥只在你的 iPhone 和电脑上），中继解不开、也不保存内容。为了把消息送到，中继会处理设备的随机编号、连接时间、数据量和 IP 地址。
Anthropic：电脑上的 Picky 用你自己的 API Key 调用 Anthropic 的 Claude 模型，会把你的需求、对话和要验收的商品页面内容发给 Anthropic。这部分适用你和 Anthropic 之间的条款和隐私政策。
购物网站：Picky 用你电脑上已经登录的 Chrome 打开 Amazon、Temu、Joybuy 的页面，和你自己浏览一样；这些网站按各自的政策处理你的浏览。
推送（可选）：如果你在设置里填了 ntfy 主题，找完时会经 ntfy.sh 推送一条通知。

你的权利

你可以随时要求查看或删除我们保存的等候名单邮箱：回复我们发给你的任何一封邮件即可。软件里的数据都在你自己的电脑上，卸载后删掉 %LOCALAPPDATA%\Picky 文件夹就全部清除。

变更

这份政策有变化时，我们会更新这个页面顶部的日期；重大变化会在上线通知里说明。

Picky is built on one principle: your stuff stays on your own computer. This policy explains what data this website and the Picky software handle.

This website

Waitlist: the email you leave, your language and the time you signed up are stored by us. We use them only to tell you when Picky launches. We never sell or share them and send no marketing.
No analytics, no ad tracking, no cookies. Your language choice is kept in your own browser's local storage.

The Picky software

Stored on your computer: chat history, search and verification records, your Anthropic API key and pairing details. We never receive any of these.
Picky relay: messages between your iPhone and computer pass through our relay server. They are end-to-end encrypted, and the keys exist only on your iPhone and computer, so the relay can neither read nor store their content. To deliver them, the relay processes random device identifiers, connection times, data volume and IP addresses.
Anthropic: Picky on your computer calls Anthropic's Claude models with your own API key, sending your requests, chats and the product pages being checked. That is governed by the terms and privacy policy between you and Anthropic.
Stores: Picky opens Amazon, Temu and Joybuy pages in the Chrome you're signed into on your computer, just as you would. Those sites handle your browsing under their own policies.
Notifications (optional): if you set an ntfy topic in Settings, a notification is sent via ntfy.sh when a search finishes.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete the waitlist email we hold at any time by replying to any email we send you. Everything in the software lives on your own computer; after uninstalling, deleting the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Picky folder removes it all.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page, and explain any significant change in the launch email.
